IntraLAN supplies IT and telephony infrastructure to corporations, SMEs, schools, and other business
throughout London and the south east. The company is based in Epsom and provides expert technical planning, configuration,
and engineering skills. Amulet helped IntraLAN architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM
across its business: all customer information and communications is now held in a single system accessible by all staff and engineers.
IntraLAN now use Dynamics CRM to fulfill orders, schedule engineering work, and run
the customer helpdesk.

Biostatus is an established biotech business located in Loughborough providing novel
solutions for imaging, cytometry and screening. Amulet helped Biostatus determine
its requirements for a customer relationship management system, select CRM software,
then customise
and integrate the system with its ecommerce, accounting, and shipping systems. |

Amulet staff developed a pan-Europe IT strategy with a central ERP database and
harmonised business processes. An Amulet consultant project managed the ERP implementation in 16 countries
in Europe over a space of 18 months.

Sarsen Stoves near Andover is an installer of luxury ranges and stoves
on the West Hampshire/Dorset border. Amulet helped Sarsen automate their manual
quotation, job scheduling, and record keeping systems. New customer relationship
management and accounting systems were implemented and integrated. The result is
increased productivity, slicker customer documentation, and better customer service.
